This room is located in the basement of my home. I am a recently divorced 23 year old. I have joint custody of my four year old son who will reside with me. We currently have one cat and any other pets must be registered and tenant is responsible for cities fees. I am located within 5-10 min of UMSL and 5 min from the airport.
