I am a 26 year old female relocating to Orange County for work. I would like to find a roommate(s) who are young professionals. Ideally, I would like ot share a house near the beach, preferably in Huntington or Newport. It would be beneficial if the common areas were also furnished. Preferably non-smokers and no drugs. During the week I am un a routine of going to work and the gym and relaxing in the evening, but I like to go out and have a few drinks on the weekends.
