My roommate and I live in a 4 bedroom townhouse with 3 full bathrooms and 1 half bathroom. I am renting out my fully finished, very spacious, split level basement. Utilities are included in the rent. The house stays very clean. Right now it has a 64in TV a nice leather couch and a big desk to put your computer and other elctronics on. I am willing to furnish the bedroom if you need a bed and dressers. Please let me know if you are interested in checking out my place.
