It's a really beautiful complex. The apartment is split, you have your own bdrm and bth on your own side of the apt, we split util, there is a wash/dry in the apt, I have a 3 year old son who shares my room. My lease is up in December, so I will probably be switching to a 1 bedroom then, we'll talk about it. I want the common areas kept clean.
