The condo is roomy, quiet (the neighbors are elderly), and secluded on a dead-end street. It's been painted, carpeted, and accesorized with brand new furniture and artwork. The kitchen is pretty big, there is an attached 2 car garage, attic storage, a private patio, and I have a washer/dryer in the utility room. The extra bedroom is 14x14, with a large closet and two windows. It is furnished, but if you have your own furniture I can remove the stuff in it for you. 5min to KSU, 15min to Akron
