Im a 26 yr old So Cal native looking for a roomate who has the same ideas as I do as far as cleaniness and respect. I spend most of my time outdoors, working and at school so very little time will be spent at the apt/house but when I am it would be awesome to have a roommate I can sit and talk to or grab a bite to eat with.
