House located in corner lot of a cul-de-sac. Large front yard and nice size back yard. Large driveway. Large kitchen, bbq grill, tile and wood floors throughout, nice living room and dining room. Centrally located in Melbourne. Homeowner has 3 cats and one very small dog, so no pets allowed(2 cats are leaving soon however). 2nd bathroom will be renters alone however it is the only bathroon guests can use. Husband is leaving the country for 2 years so I am looking for an reliable roomate.
