Renting furnished master room. It Looking for a quiet, clean, drama free preferably male with a steady job. You will be sharing the apt. with my relative who works and likes a quiet environment. No drugs, no pets. I expect the apt to be clean and in order. Be nice respectful. I'm asking for $500 deposit which will go to an escrow account and first month's rent of $750.00 monthly. You will have access to the city park which is right next to the complex. I will need to verify emplyment so bring in last 4 of your paystubs, employer name and phone number also your drivers license. Room will be available starting either the 15th or June 1 st.
