Hello! My name is Piper and I am looking for a roommate to rent the second bedroom in my apartment. The rent with utilities(gas,water,and WiFi) will approximately be $270 for your share. It’s a mile from campus and next to a park. I prefer to room with students. I enjoy reading, exercising, films and music.
