I'm currently on a strict budget so I need a room for around $500 a month with utilities included. I'm quiet and I keep to myself. I'm looking for a quiet place with friendly and considerate roommates. I'd like a private room with a private bath. Regarding pets, I love cats but I'm not quite used to dogs. I'd also like to be able to use amenities like the kitchen and laundry. I'm good at cleaning up after myself.
