About this household
I'm looking for one roommate to live with me and two other girls. Rent is $260 plus the cost of utilities ($55-80). We're close to campus (Camden Townhouses). I'm a grad student and need to fill this spot for the spring semester (lease ends mid-July). The townhouse is privately owned so it has been kept up pretty nicely and has all new living room furniture! We also just received new curtains, and a new dishwasher. You would be sharing a bathroom and living room with one other individual.
