We have a bedroom available for rent in our two bedroom two bath condo. It is located within walking distance to FAU. It is in a gated community. We are both working and attending school full time. We are easy to get along with. The renter would have their own bathroom and bedroom. We have a 15 pound dog however we have no problem keeping him in our room in necessary.
