1BR in Beautiful Home - Utils Included in very Clean, Safe Family Friendly Polaris Area. I am a professional, clean and quiet man in his late 40s. I have chronic back issues and my mobility has been limited. I am mainly looking for help to pay the bills while I recover from my back injuries.
