I live in the MaBr w/a bath. I have a 5br 3 full bath sfh in Cp. New kitchen, fully furnished. ALL NEW APPLIANCES, there are two br on the main floor for rent one small one med. The two gals will share a bath (newly touched) Basement is being finished two huge rooms are being built each has lots of light. Another family room in the basement with a kitchenette and new full bath. New washer dryer. 4 TVsI have a small dog, well trained and quiet will stay in my room. rent will be 560-660 + 1/5 util
