I am 28, non smoker, have a declawed,fixed cat, and a small chihuahua who is pretty quiet. I have a room available, I'd guess about 10x12 with a desk & hutch, armoire, sm drawer chest and nightstand w/ lamp. has a std size closet (addn'l storage avail in attic and basement). Also have an extra TV in the room, that I currently do not use use. (19" TV/VCR) Share Bath, Kitchen, LR. Small fenced in yard, back patio with grill. Rent incl. all utilities. Cable/internet at your expense.
