Hi! My name is Katie and I am a senior at Missouri State University. I live only 2 streets from campus. Rent is 325 and the rest of the bills total only about 50 or 60 a month. I save a lot on gas and parking (it is definitely within walking distance of MSU) The room is pretty large, we share a bathroom, and there is a basement for storage.
