About this household

I signed a year lease with my roommate, however I have the opportunity to go back to school. If I find someone who meets the same criteria as me, they can move in ASAP. I need out by Oct 1, but if you’d like to move in earlier I’m cool with it. We split the electric bill and rent is 400 a month-all other utilities included. It’s a two bed, one bath, and she has a well behaved dog. The neighborhood is quiet, never heard of any problems or anything. Lmk!!
