I have a spacious bedroom and bathrooom for rent that can be furnished upon request. The room has two large closets and is fully equiped for cable TV. The cost of rent includes internet, cable TV (including HBO), washer/dryer, utilities (water, electric, waste), and a wonderful roommate. :-) The living area is fully furnished and the kitchen area is very spacious, and includes everything you need to prepare your tasty vittles.
