My boyfriend and I are looking to move middle to end of Feb to the Rancho Bernardo/San Marcos areas. We are 20 and 24-years-old, clean, respectful, and responsible with bills and we both have very steady jobs 8-5 Mon-Fri. We are hoping to find roomate(s) to find a place with or someone who we can rent a room from. We would like a place with a washer and dryer, and our own bathroom if possible.
