Do to the energy sector downturn, I am losing my previous roommate. The house is a three bedroom in Spring/The Woodlands, between 99 and 45. The third bedroom is kept as a guest room, but is rarely used. House is occupied by myself and my two dogs. Community has walking/running trails, pool, park, and tennis/basketball courts.
