Hi Everyone! My name is Roy and interested in 1-2 roommates to join me on this place in Beavercreek. It is a 3 bedroom-2 bathroom. One bathroom is shared and the other one is a personal one. It is on the 2nd floor. I am super chill, pretty flexible with the setup. I don’t smoke. I play guitar (not very good at it). I am pet-friendly (big dog lover). I’m into swimming and baseball but since retired to exercise. Rent is 500 for shared bathroom bedroom and 550 for bedroom with bathroom.
