About this household

There is ample street parking in front of the house. We have never had issues parking on the street overnight. You will have your own private furnished room and your own shared guest bathroom. If you choose, you may have the room unfurnished and we will store the furniture. Please let me know in advance if you want it unfurnished. You will be required to sign a lease, month to month or up to a year, and make a $350 deposit. The $350 deposit can go toward your last months rent or be refunded upon
