About this household

I have a room in a 3 bedroom 1.5 bath townhouse near orchard st. and I84.  It’s about 3 miles to bsu. I do have a 7 year old lab that loves people.  The room itself is about 150 Sq ft, with dimensions being about 15x10 with a 2x8 closet.  There is a bed, desk, and small dresser, all of which can be left or removed.  There is a small garden area in the backyard and I also do a bigger one in the common area along the driveway.   Rent is 600 month with a 300 deposit which can be paid over 1st 3 mo
