1 private room with oen bathroom. Laundry inside apartment. Free reign of everything . Will share with Married couple. We are low key in our 50's but very much down to earth. All utilities included. You will have your own covered parking spot. Pool,spa, gym clubhouse, a/c, heating, internet, basically has everything you would need. Feel free to have people over at your leisure.
