I've got two rooms available and you could have either one (I would be in the other one). The master is a large loft kind of bedroom with its own bathroom and small walk-in closet. It rents for $450 (deposit $450). The other bedroom is smaller with a reach-in closet and there's another bathroom downstairs with a shower. That bedroom rents for $300 (deposit $300). Anyway, I live at University and Alma School in Mesa. By car, it's about ten minutes from ASU and two minutes from the 202.
