I;m looking for a realiable person who is neat but not overly neat, ok to have friends over more towards the weekends but sometimes during the week is ok. . also would like to have a spare room for family to visit or a den for guests, i have a sone who visits in the summer for a month. no smokers ok if you drink during the week as long as it's not out of control. A fun person who doesn't preach.
