This apartment is located in a renovated warehouse. It has one nicesized room that we can fight over and then it's a large wide open room with the kitchen and bathroom at the very other end of it split in half. It's painted like a nightclub and in a very secure building but in a somewhat rough neighborhood. If you can get past that part it's a real value at only 400 a month.
