My roommate & I are looking for a 3rd roommate to occupy a 2,100 sq. ft. house in the Wagener Terrace area of Ashley Avenue. The house has been completely refurbished incl. new hardwood floors, with all stainless steel appliances installed in the kitchen. There is a fenced in backyard & an open front & side yard. There is off-street parking in an extremely safe neighborhood. I am 22, my roommate is 26(both females). I just finished my degree at cofc & work full-time, as does my roommate.
