Hi, Our roommate is going back to Japan this month so my wife and I are going to rent out the room. We have a nice apartment here in Palms, very close to Santa Monica. I'm a DJ and a student at Santa Monica College and my wife if a Makeup Artist. The room has it's own private bathroom.
