I have a 4BR/ 3.5bath condo...the bedroom is on the third floor with a large window overlooking the complex. It has a very spacious closet and shared bathroom. Our condo is HUGE and is in a very convenient location. We are right next to shopping, food, and ASU! Rent is $500 a month + utilities.
