We have one room for rent in our 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath town-home. There are 3 roommates (all 25 y/o, 1 female, 2 males) living here now. You would have a private room and a shared bathroom with one male roommate. The town house is in an HOA neighborhood with 2 pools, tennis courts and basketball courts.
