I have 5 bd, 3100 ft house. It is me and my 16 year old son, who is very quiet and well mannered. He is in the Honor's Program, so he studies a lot. I am in the Pooler area, about 10 minutes to DT. I work 10 to 12 hours a day, 5 to 6 days a week. I have two master suites, one upstairs which I rent. It has it own bath, a small fridge (rent includes kitchen privileges), TV and HS internet access.
