The coolest house on 4th street. we're losing one of our roommates at the end of the semester and we want to replace him with someone cool. we keep our place pretty clean and can get along with most people. the house is in good shape and I'm improving it as time permits. the room for rent is the smallest in the house but is in the best shape and has a ceiling fan.
