House within walking distance of UL. House is completely furnished except for the other bedroom of course. I have a dog, so being a dog lover is a must. However, no additional pets are allowed sorry. I work full time and I am in Graduate School. I am looking for someone who is clean, responsible, reasonably quiet and considerate. I am pretty laid back with everything, as long as common areas are kept clean. Half of the months bills are usually $150-$170. Pics available.
