Very nice condo on ground floor. Private bedroom with own bathroom. Unit has lanai, living room, dining room, kitchen, and a space with washer and dryer. There is also a community pool and playground (with hot tub). Parking is included in $700 rent, which is tandem parking. If you do not want parking, rent is $650 per month. There is usually parking on street, but can be between a five to fifteen minute walk. Looking for a rooommate between 19 and 27 yrs old. Prefer female, but not neccessary.
