The house is in walking distance to 4th ave/downtown, bus stops, grocery stores/coops, and UofA. The room is carpeted, has its own air conditioner, a private entrance, and a bathroom shared with one other person. The house itself is huge with a total of four bedrooms, a spacious kitchen, two living rooms (!), and a great big porch to sit on out front. Coin operated laundry next door and parking in back of the house.
