Lg. room available July31, can come furnished with dresser, bed and a few extras (no charge). Located in a safe, quiet cul-de-sac in Ottawa Hills side of UT. A 2 min walk to campus. There are 3 of us here now, 2 male grad students and 1 female nursing student. We don't smoke, drink, have kids or pets. About the house: BASEMENT: w/d.
