This is a beautiful house with a great location, right across the street from the water!!! This is 1 bedroom available, as I am trying to move out to go back to CT. The other 4 people living here have all graduated (or are about to graduate) from Roger Williams. The rent is $525, and the only other items that need to be paid for are electric and cable/internet which are only about $20-25 each per month.
