I'm in a 3 bedroom house downtown across from the subway on kimbrough.My roommate is moving out possibly the other.looking for a new roommate to move in making the rent 350 a month. am interested in getting a third making the rent 233 a month per person.has full basement, pool table, pantry room off kitchen big front porch.i am hardly here but we keep the place clean.has great heat and air and landlord is super nice. i mow the yard in the summer and there is parking for four here.great location
