I have a room for rent with a private bath off of 1604. im working on my masters at utsa and work currently from my house. i need a roomie to split the 2500 sq ft house & are looking for a responsible adult, females or gay males only. i have a small pool, small dog...... drama free, dont really party, but i like to go out when i can. i am fun - but very responsible. its $400 for the rent + bills which is about $150 during the summer and about $100 during the winter. fully loaded house!
