I have a older 3 bedroom split house and I am seeking a down to earth laid back person to rent out one of the rooms. It is myself and 20 year old daughter. Smoking OK as long as it is outside as I am also a smoker. You must LOVE animals as we have cats and 2 puppies. I have 2 empty rooms as my daughter converted the den into her room so if you are needing both rooms we can talk about a additional charge.
