I’m a 29 yr old female living in south Waldo, looking for roommate(s) for a recently updated home with two available rooms and a shared bathroom. One of the bedrooms is upstairs with a regular closet and large walk in closet, the other bedroom is on main floor with large closet. Bills are not included in rent, but trash is free. Fenced in back yard and side patio. Off the street parking in a nice neighborhood. I am really laid back and work quite a bit just looking for a similar individual.
