Looking for a nice, honest fellow student near my age who is willing to be added to my lease, which is up in May. No big deal really, because you either need rental history/income/ok credit OR a cosigner (mom or dad work well ;) ). My apartment complex is very pretty and pleasant and its about 2.5 miles from ASU's Tempe campus. All utilities are included even AC and electric!
