The house is a side by side duplex but only connected with the other house by a garage and a shared driveway; can't hear neighbours. It's a 3 bedroom, one bath had a small kitchen with a dining room along with a living room (open concept). It had a view of the eastern mountains (located on the south hill). The floors were recently redone with no carpet. 80% of the current furniture is mine, one only needs items for their room (bed etc.). There is a shared big back yard perfect for animals.
