Hi! I am moving on March 10th (lease ends July 31st) I need someone to take over my lease. . It is a shared apartment with 3 other women. (Two of them have cats) The Sawyer Living complex is across the road from the baseball field and just a 15 minute walk to downtown! Next to the river with a beautiful view. Rent: $790 Utilities: $60 You will recieve your own room & bathroom, along with the amenities of the apartment itself
