So, Im 19 and looking for a similar aged college student to room with. I have a pretty large 1 bedroom place that already has my stuff in it so partially furnished. I would prefer a male roommate and I am bisexual so that can't be a problem. With your rent I will cover electricity, cable, water, internet, and gas. Also, it is your choice whether or not to sign the lease. I am a fun guy but not a partier so keep that in mind :)
