Hello! Currently 3 people reside in the apt. Its a 2 bedrm/2bath apartment. We have onsite laundry facilities and located near Santa Monica,West L.A. and Venice. Deposit is $250. You would be sharing a room and a bathroom with a clean mature guy(22) who is rarely home. The room already has a full size bed and closet space. Everybody that lives here is really cool and down to earth, kinda like Real World style : )
