I am 26 year old female teacher living in a 2 bedroom condo. I have a furnished room for rent. I also have a washer/dryer and you would have full access to the kitchen. I do rent month to month. With all utilities and cable TV included,, I charge $400 a month. I do have one dog and one cat, both under 10 lbs. Your dog is welcome... we have a dog door. I'm quiet, I don't drink or smoke, and I typically only have people over once or twice a month. I am a christian. I work late afternoons
