Really nice location within the community of Massanutten Resort. This puts you 5 minutes from the Ski area, Recreation centers, golf courses and Waterpark. Harrisonburg city is about 20 minutes down 33 from the house too. House has a sun room that's really nice during the fall winter and spring months just kinda hot during summer.
