The location is in a relatively new neighborhood off of Bulverde, roughly 2 or 3 miles north of 1604. It is right by Bulverde Creek Elementary School. There are two of us in the house now, both of us work full time, while I also go to school full time. We are both professionals but still like to have a good time, going out and occasionally having people over. We are both very friendly and laid back people, just no drugs and no smoking,keep the community area clean and everything will be good
